就業機會
Admin Assistant / Admin Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Courier arrangement and other administrative support
  • Responsible for telephone operation and reception duties
  • Perform administration support to the department
  • Manage conference room schedule and bookings
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as required


Requirements:


  • F.5 graduate or above
  • 1-2 years' of relevant experience in Administration
  • Pleasant personality with good telephone manner
  • Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin is advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered
  • IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
